Here’s How It Works
We don't like creating illusions, but we do like opening up possibilities.
That’s why we ask you to take the time to understand if this process is right for you and whether you’ll have the time to dedicate to the consulting program.
01
Application and Pre-selection
By November 31st we will collect applications from various NGOs
By December 15th we will inform you if your organization has been pre-selected.

First Call and Selection
We will have a 1-hour call with your entire team between December 15th and December 20th, during which we will ask you to answer some questions to better understand your needs. On January 1st, we will inform you if you are among the 5 selected businesses.

First Day Together
In February, we will return to Africa for an initial data collection session. We will spend a day with your entire team, where we will jointly define which data you need to collect and the results you aim to achieve.

Consulting
We will choose the dates together between June and August 2024 for 2 weeks of intensive full-time consulting with your entire team. 8 hours a day, 10 working days.
Make sure you can set aside this time for yourself and the key people in your team.
What Will You Gain?
We don't give you money, and we don't do fundraising for you, but...
Business Model
You will have a clear business model for your future development. Who your target is, which channels to use to reach them, what to offer, which people you need, which partners can support you, and how to manage your revenue and cost flows.
Organizational Restructuring
You will have a clear understanding of how to prioritize your activities, which ones are most important, which you can delegate, and to whom. You will also know how to better organize your day and your communications.
Team Well-Being
Your team will improve internal communication and take greater ownership of shared goals.
